Disaster Recordz is a up and coming record label coming out of Augusta Georgia, Founded on ran by its first artist Danger (Jamahl Berry). Danger started this label in 2000, after joining the team of Killahurtz, ShortyRaw, & Stonez Valentine; where he was a rookie of the team just stepping into the industry. While doing music with that team, Danger was also focusing on starting his own franchise as well (Disaster Recordz). About six years later, after going through the ups and downs of life, people hating on him and not believing he could make it in this industry; Danger's Disaster Recordz is now a force in the hip-hop league that cannot be stopped. With a consistant work hard ethic, and advice from key people (Killahurtz, Stonez, ShortyRaw, Tone Beatz and close friends) Danger has his label on a steady pace to success. He has put together a team of mc's that can really make a impact in the hip-hop industry. Disaster Recordz consist of Danger, Mr.Ga, Jon Wayne "Tha Duke", T-Double, Mell, Faroh, D-Boy, C Roc, & Disaster's R&B princess Shay; also with a very talented production team of Matt Skate, Lul E, Bizzy B, once again Faroh; with outside production from Killahurtz & Tone Beatz. Danger refers to his label as a nation and not a record label, because every last artist has his and her own individual style, including the producers. With Disaster Recordz you have all the elements and many styles to choose from, whatever you like to hear Disaster Recordz has it. Together the artist on the label form the group D FAM, hip-hops new family. The sky is the limit for this label, theirs nothing Disaster Recordz can't do.
